called up cousin eka to join fite boredom today and she had a plan to cook cheesecake together. so we did. we went cold storage to get some sour cream, cream cheese, mcvities digestive wheatcrackers, lemon and then we decided to cook pasta too. so we went searching for the nicest cream sauce we tasted and we chose carbonara cream with the spiral pasta. then we came acroos this beautiful ball of mozarella cheese and we took it coz we saw it in teevee and actually thot it wasnt sold in sg. yaah. so we rushed home to get started with the cooking. trust me we are pros. really. and my mum was the food critic and believe me when i say my mum really judge our cookings. here's the lowdown on what we actually did in case you come across sudden cravings for cheesecakes. and we did not look at any recipes. just imaginations. Mix in the sour cream, cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 egg and beat till it gets all mixed. Crush the wheatcrakers till smooth and fine and put it in a baking tray thats already been greased with tracing paper. For the crush crumbsyou may put a little butter if you like. just to make sure it sticks together. Then, pour in the cheesecake batter and steam-bake in oven at 200c for an hour. After it is baked, wait for it to cool down before you put it in the fridge. Best chilled. Indulge! Mum says our cheesecake look to nice to eat and she said it was too sour. but for us its fine coz we taste cheesecake more than her. hahaha. AND the pasta went well too! Deliciouso~ Thanks Eka for killing time with me and next week we will start knitting lessons with Mum! Oh oh and mum is opening a fashion design course at her CC and we are all up for it. It will be fun to design and sew your own dress yknow! jyeah. okay gtg now beauty sleep is scheduled. kiss kiss.
