so i cooked curry chicken today for my family coz mum and the rest left me at home to sleep haha. she was like, caca masak nanti. uhm...ah i'll try uh. but i did. haha. it was a gruelling yet fun la cook alone with apparently no help from anyone except (boy and berlang)/my cats who answers my questions. ahaha. i say something they meeow, i ask something they meeoow, i look at them, they meeow.. okay you get the idea. and omg onions really make my eyes all teary sia. and i use 13 bawangs lah. which doesnt include the garlics. (bawang also whaaaat) so yeah, curry leaves, curry powder, tumeric powder, air asam, santan, bunga lawang, kayu manis haha. alot and dont forget the chix. i dun follow the book i just guess roughly how i taste my mom's curry. im a visual learner- simply means i dont really follow recipe. haha. and i have to put my taste buds to the test. eh hard work sia masak curry i dunnoe how all the moms live up with it sia like everyday. salute! i fried some long beans too with some taugay and shrimps. they all finished it. so i guess it must be THAT good. ~phew. so mum and bibik along with my sis and daddy came home precisely after the kitchen clean up. haha. i asked bibik to be my first diner. and she took not the average timing to tell me that she actually likes it. tee hee~ so i asked, PASS KE TAK? she said, Pass Pass! hahaa. 2nd critic, mom. they love to make the suspense feeling. shittos. den she said...hmmm good tak masin pun. Kah kah. yknow i was like crossing my fingers when she slurp the gravy.. then daddy came into the kitchen. he tries it and eventually says, tak cukup masin. wth! haha. i mean, getting high blood pressure from eating curry wouldnt exactly be my choice. pfft. mindyou my mind was like flashbacking the Bujang Lapok masak yg letak garam banyak sampai keras. hahaha. really really. oh i forgot my BIGGEST food critic. My first brother. he- unfortunately doesnt recognise the lauk LEMAK and CURRY. he was like, ape ni? Lemak eh? like H-E-L-L-O....... lemak is yellow, curry is tangy orange. noob. i hate him really, he critize whatever i cook but i noe deep down he loved it. prove? without me knowing, he tapao 3 packs of rice and curry just now to work. ass-hole. such an a-hole. see! told you so bro. i packed for han coz im met him at skatepark this evening and bought some bread for him to try my cooking. (",) han says he wanted just the way it is. glad so! han supports all my cookings as he is my sous chef at home. han tried an abstract air today, tts his biggest want-to-do trick. glad for you baby. really really. den i have to study for my major exam which is sigh, tomorrow. nahbey. putting all that aside, 17 month monthversary is tmrow! well infact a few more mins! yah bedah bedoo. han's treating me well now. he's not all uptite nimore. maybe he knows what im talking about. or maybe he's just absorbing it all in. well i thank you for understanding me and my whiny behaviour. sincerely. and baby...tak sabar for the biggest surprise besok!!!!!! muah muah muah.
